The following Disclaimer governs the use of the information between Island Tours LLC, its customers, and its website ( www.islandtours.us ).

 

Purchases made through Island Tours and its affiliate web sites are subject to these Terms & Conditions; in all booking arrangements, the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted these conditions on behalf of the persons named in the booking.

Tips/gratuities to tour directors, drivers or local guides and other service providers are not included in our prices, and although generally considered appropriate, this is strictly a personal decision.

 

Airport Transfers - Transfer bookings are paid in full prior to the pick up date. To avoid last-minute fees, we recommend booking 3 or more days prior to arrival.

We accept Visa, Master card, Discovery and American Express and Paypal.

Paymants will be listed as "Island tours" or "www.islandtours.us" on your credit card statement. You will be charged in United States Dollar (USD).

Privacy Policy

We do not share personal information with third-parties nor do we store any personal information we collect about you.

Refund Policy

Full refund will be given for tours that are cancelled 7 or more days prior to scheduled date, unless otherwise specified. If a tour is canceled due to weather or the catamarans inability to sail 100% refund will be given. Refunds will not be issued without a reply to the original confirmation e-mail. If you decide, for any reason whatsoever, not to participate in all or part of your scheduled tour or transfer,Island Tours will not be required to make any refunds. Refunds are made to the booking party only. If payment was made by and through a travel agency, the refund will be made to that entity. The credit card used for payment must be valid at time of refund, refunds will not be processed if the credit card used for the initial payment has expired or invalid.

Transfers are non-refundable, non-transferable and name changes are not allowed.

Foods

If foods are included in the cost of the cruise, the costs of the foods will be deducted and the remaining balance returned to the client.

During registration, you are asked to provide your name, email address, postal or zip code, etc. The more information you submit and the more accurate it is, the better we are able to tailor our services to your needs.

We will not sell or rent your information to third parties for their marketing purposes

Confirmation

Island Tours will send confirmation voucher by e-mail within 24-72hrs after payment is made. this voucher has to be printed as a proof of purchase and will be presented to the service provider. You must have your voucher, or you will be charged again with no refund. We recommend checking your junk mail box as your email provider may recognize us as spam. In case you have not received your voucher within 24-72hrs, it is your responsibility to notify us prior to your departure by replying to your payment receipt . All information regarding the travelers should be correctly given at the time of booking. Island Tours cannot be held responsible for any problem that may happen if you don't receive or read carefully your confirmation voucher.

 

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Island Tours acts only as an agent for the passengers in all functions pertaining to tours, attractions, restaurants, meals and services, sightseeing tours and transportation of whatever nature, and assumes no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or inconveniences which may occur either by reason of defect, or as acts of government or other civil authorities (war, civil disturbances, strikes, etc.) or from any cause beyond Island Tours control.Island Tours can accept no responsibility for the loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes. Island Tours and its suppliers reserve the right to vary itineraries in order to improve each tour, to the tour member’s enjoyment and advantage. Island Tours and its suppliers reserve the right to cancel or rescheduled any tour departure in accordance with operation requirements. Island Tours reserves the right to refuse booking to anyone at its sole discretion. Island Tours reserves the right to cancel scheduled tours, transfers and activities at any time in the event of insufficient sales, hazardous weather conditions or unforeseen operational problems.

Any booking made with Island Tours will be governed by and subject to these Terms & Conditions. No variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of Island Tours.
